The dwarfs' soup roadmap is currently "slurp loudly." We need a PM to define the soup vision, prioritize ingredients, and get the team to stop drinking straight from the cauldron.

Write PRDs for each soup
Run user interviews (they will slurp during them)
Define soup-time SLAs
