About the role
We dig dig dig in our mine the whole day through, and we need someone to tell us where. You will lead seven highly motivated, extremely short professionals toward record gem output while keeping morale at a steady "Heigh-Ho."
What you'll do
Set quarterly diamond OKRs (current baseline: "a lot")
Run the 5 a.m. standup, which is literally a march-and-sing
Decide what the gems are actually for, since nobody on the team knows
Must-haves
Can whistle while working without losing productivity
Comfortable in tunnels exactly 4 feet tall
Pickaxe certification (Level 3 or above)
